Moving violations
Defense of non-criminal moving violations in the court of original jurisdiction. The attorney appointed for you is usually located where you got the ticket.
DOT and non-moving violations
Representation on non-criminal charges such as logbook, overheight, overlength, overwidth, overweight, equipment violations, hazardous material, load spillage and more.
License reinstatement
2.5 hours of legal help for each of these: a denied license; a cancelled, suspended or revoked license where you have a right to appeal; or reinstatement needed for medical or job-related reasons.
CSA legal consultation
Talk with an attorney about points on your record related to Compliance, Safety, and Accountability regulations.
Personal injury collection
Help collecting personal injury claims of $2,000 or less for injuries from driving, riding in, or being struck by a motor vehicle or boat.
Tragic accident representation
Representation in the court of original jurisdiction if you or your spouse face charges after a serious traffic accident.
